About Centurion

Kieran Rayment and Paul
McDuffe met in
College, where they roomed together. Paul being and actor,
and Kieran being a filmmaker, it was only natural they pooled
their resources, and started Centurion Films. With many
ideas for screenplays and several either completed or in
the works, Centurion hopes to produce original, quality
feature films, in both comedic and dramatic genres.
Current projects

version of Kieran Rayment’s short “Confessions

Kieran Rayment was born April 2nd,
1974 and raised in Canada. Growing up in Peterborough Ontario,
he found his passion when he enrolled in a Creative Writing
Course in his senior year of high school. Since then he
has written and directed numerous shorts from comedy to
dramas. Although he loved the dramatic arts, and enjoyed
acting in High School, he realized his true ambition was
behind the camera. After traveling over Canada, living in
British Columbia, and Alberta, he finally came back to Ontario
to take film courses at Sheridan College in Oakville. There
he wrote and directed several short films, winning several
awards, including Best alternative Film in 2004, and Best
Picture and Best Screenplay for his final year project,
“Confessions of a Slacker”. Kieran graduated
the Media Arts program at Sheridan in spring, 2005, and
started a production company, Centurion Films, with Paul
McDuffe, whom he met and in College and has starred in several
of his shorts.
